Rhodes Hamilton is a founding partner of Hamilton Shores, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on oil-and-gas and real-estate matters. Mr. Hamilton primarily represents exploration-and-production companies of all sizes who are involved in developing both conventional and unconventional natural resource plays. His practice includes title examination during all phases of exploration and production, regulatory advice, and general operational matters. His practice also includes representation of landowners, individual investors, mineral & royalty funds, industry personnel and other related entities in a wide range of transactional matters, including: lease negotiations; purchase and sale contracts; assignments; and surface-use agreements. Prior to the opening of the firm, Mr. Hamilton worked in-house for an operating company that focused on developing the Barnett Shale formation in and around Fort Worth, Texas.

Mr. Hamilton is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas. He is also licensed in North Dakota and Pennsylvania.
