John R. Doumany | Of Counsel
John Doumany is the managing attorney of the Fort Worth office of Hamilton Shores, LLP. Mr. Doumany focuses his practice on oil, gas, and energy transactions and actively represents oil and gas exploration and production companies in addition to mineral and royalty owners. Mr. Doumany has also advised clients on real estate acquisition and divesture matters. Immediately prior to joining Hamilton Shores in June of 2019, Mr. Doumany was the co-founder of a boutique energy law firm with offices in Fort Worth, Texas, and Denver, Colorado.
