Bryan A. Shores | Partner
Bryan Shores joined Hamilton Shores in December of 2017. His practice has an emphasis on energy transactional, operational, and title matters, specifically those that involve negotiating upstream transactions and all service agreements necessary for drilling operations. Mr. Shores has negotiated purchase and sale agreements, drilling contracts, sand supply agreements, software licensing agreements, security instruments, and various other energy-related contracts. Mr. Shores has rendered hundreds of title opinions covering all major plays and basins in Texas, with extensive experience in title examination of lands located in municipalities, as well as lands with complex mineral and leasehold ownership. Mr. Shores is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice law in the State of North Dakota.
