Bryan Shores joined Hamilton Shores, LLP in December of 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he spent nine years at a reputable oil and gas law firm in Fort Worth, Texas. His practice primarily consists of representing and advising exploration-and- production companies in various oil and gas transactional matters, including, the review and drafting of master service agreements, surface use and damages agreements and production sharing agreements. In addition to advising clients on regulatory matters, including the drafting of well permitting letters, Mr. Shores has rendered hundreds of title opinions covering all major plays and basins in Texas, with extensive experience in title examination of lands located in municipalities, as well as lands with complex mineral and leasehold ownership. His practice also consists of representing landowners in negotiations of oil and gas leases, pipeline easement agreements and condemnation proceedings.
Mr. Shores is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice law in the State of North Dakota.
