Rhodes W. Hamilton and Clifton A. Squibb, the founding partners of Hamilton & Squibb, LLP, spoke at the National Business Institute’s seminar titled Fracking Law: From Land Contract Negotiations to Environmental Disputes.

They presented their paper entitled “Oil, Gas & Water: The Permitting Role of Texas Government” which summarized the state government’s administrative and permitting role in managing oil and gas operations, and allocating and disposing of water, used in the connection with oil and gas operations.
