Brett Gentz | Associate
Brett Gentz joined Hamilton Shores in February 2025. Before joining the firm, he gained valuable experience in procurement and contracting at Denbury Inc. and ExxonMobil. Mr. Gentz specializes in oil and gas law, providing comprehensive legal counsel on a wide range of industry matters. His practice includes preparing original drilling and division order title opinions, conducting due diligence for asset acquisitions, reviewing and drafting oil and gas vendor contracts, analyzing leases and pooling/unitization agreements, drafting curative documents, and preparing instruments for real estate transactions.
Mr. Gentz is a member of the State of Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
